Return policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE OF ITEMS:

We strive to provide you with thorough information about our items. If, despite this, you wish to return an item without giving a reason, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the order by returning the item to our store in Rotterdam. Below is an overview of our return conditions:
1. During the return period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging carefully. The product should only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess whether it will be retained.
2. If you wish to exchange the product, it should be returned to Sherine Laghmiri, along with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Sherine Laghmiri.
3. Sherine Laghmiri only accepts returns and exchanges if the instructions have been followed.
4. Returns or exchanges that are not made within the specified time will not be accepted.
